Zoom Fun Quiz Night 9th January 8pm

We all had a fun night on our Quiz evening last night, Neil and Eleanor were brilliant entertainment

and we had lots of laughs and it is great just to chat to our friends that we can’t see on the rally field.

Why not join us for the next one, the invite for Saturday 9th January 2021 at 8pm is below.

I will start the session early so that if new to joining us and you struggle to get on you can call me for support my number is in the handbook or use my email address below and I will call you back. Also, with my Secretary’s hat on Saturday 16th January at 4pm is the AGM and by joining the Quiz Night you could use this as a practise run for joining the AGM.

Remember to join the AGM you need to send an email to secretary@northumberlandcentre.co.uk in order to receive the Zoom link and the relevant documents.

AGM -16th January 4pm Via Zoom

The Northumberland Centre will be holding their AGM via Zoom and we would like to invite all our members to join us on this virtual meeting. We ask that you join at least 10 minutes before the meeting commences at 4pm

If you would like to attend please inform secretary@northumberlandcentre.co.uk

by 9th January 2021. Please make sure you include in your email those from your families who will be attending and relevant membership numbers

Once your membership of the centre has been confirmed you will receive by email Zoom invite, agenda, minutes from 2019 AGM along with the 2019 Centre Accounts.

If you have any other business for the meeting it would be appreciated if you send it in advance to the Secretary.

Club update on Rallying and COVID-19

"After the Government’s announcement that new legislation will come into effect on Monday 14 September limiting social gatherings to six people, the general Rule of Six principle is that if you are operating in accordance with current Covid-secure guidance (as rallies are) you will be able to continue doing as you are currently, provided that individual groups obey the Rule of Six.

All rallies have a Covid Risk assessment in place, a Test and Trace protocol and are adhering to social distancing regulations - there should still be no social gatherings on the rally, however groups of up to six may mix (this does not apply to individual households or support bubbles of more than six, who will still be able to gather together)"

Use Of Images

Background

The images of people who appear in any photography/videography taken and used by the Centre, which show the clearly identifiable images of people, cannot be used without the permission of those people. For those under 18 in England, Wales and Ireland and under 16 in Scotland, permission must be given by a parent/guardian.

Awareness Statement for all

‘Photography/videography may be taken at our Centre’s events and rallies. The Centre and Club may use any photograph(s) and/or video(s) they take that includes you, your party and/or outfit in all and any media, including printed and electronic publications, e.g. websites, or promotional materials, in the advertising of its goods or services. The photograph(s) and/or video(s) may be stored for these purposes as well. If you do not want to appear in any shots, please advise the organiser if it relates to a specific event, or the Centre Secretary if for all events. They will do their best to accommodate this and ensure you are able to avoid the area being photographed/filmed.’
